                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE 
                   AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED 
                   EIGHTY-ONE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,781.00) TO 
                   THE ASSOCIATION OF METROPOLITAN SEWERAGE 
                   AGENCIES RELATIVE TO DUES FOR THE PERIOD OF 
                   JANUARY 1, 1992 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1992.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       payment in the amount of $5,781.00 to the Association of 
       Metropolitan Sewerage Agencies relative to dues for the period of 
       January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992.
